Morning Worship is conducted every Sunday in Livingstone Church at 10.30am. This is a shared worship service for both Ardeer and Livingstone congregations. The two congregations also come together for several other services throughout the year e.g. Remembrance Day, the Christmas Eve Service. Several times a year we also join with other Churches in Stevenston for Ecumenical Services.
Communion is celebrated four times a year and on the Thursday of Holy Week all three Church of Scotland churches in Stevenston combine for the Communion Service, each church taking its turn to host the service. There are two elders in Livingstone Church who have undertaken training to conduct worship and lead worship teams. There are also members in the congregation who are happy to participate in services. A printed order of service is used for worship allowing for hymns from a wide range of sources to be used.
Morning worship is recorded every Sunday in Livingstone and CDs distributed to the housebound, sheltered housing units and nursing homes. Were you unable to attend last Sunday?
